Are the tools and templates free?
Yes. All tools, examples, online worksheets, and printable templates are free without an account. Today and Guides are also free. The course has a complete free first chapter; lifetime access unlocks Chapters 2–9 and future course updates.
What ages are they for?
BondSeed focuses on children ages 6–18. Tools include example wording for ages 6–12 and 13–18. Use the age bands as a starting point and adapt for your child's needs and the actual situation.
Do I need to use every step?
No. Choose one useful action. The maps help you find tools, and your child can respond briefly, disagree, or prefer another time. A phrase cannot guarantee a particular response.
Are my worksheet entries saved?
Your entries stay in the current browser tab and are not sent to BondSeed or saved to your account. Download your text or print it before leaving the page. Avoid including identifying information you do not need.
Can I find help by describing what happened?
Yes. The free situation finder uses AI to match your description to existing BondSeed content. It highlights one useful tool or Guide to start with, then adds related reading, conversation topics, or course practice when they fit. No account or age selection is needed to get started. Age categories appear when you choose to explore conversation topics. If the fit is unclear, you can edit your description or browse the nine toolboxes. Course access requirements still apply.
How does the situation finder use my description?
Your description is sent to an AI service through Cloudflare to check the request and match existing BondSeed content. It is not saved to your account or included in our analytics events. A temporary copy stays in your browser tab so you can review or edit it. Leave out names, schools, addresses, and contact details. Recommendations are starting points, not diagnoses or guarantees. What guidance informs the tools?
Public guidance informs the communication principles behind the tools. For example, the American Academy of Pediatrics describes listening and making time to talk in Improving Family Communications, and the CDC recommends specific descriptions of a teen's actions in Tips for Praising Your Teen.
