1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of BondSeed at https://www.bondseed.com. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Accounts and purchases are for adults who can enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction.
2. What BondSeed provides
BondSeed provides parent-facing conversation preparation, parenting Guides, and a nine-chapter communication Course. Today and all Guides are free. Chapter 1 is a complete free preview. A one-time purchase unlocks lifetime access to Chapters 2–9 and future updates to this course while BondSeed continues to make the course service available.
“Lifetime access” is access for the supported life of the BondSeed course service, not a promise that every current feature, provider, or URL will exist forever. If a material change affects paid access, we will act consistently with applicable consumer law.
3. Educational, not professional or emergency care
BondSeed offers general educational information. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice; it does not diagnose a child or parent; and it does not replace an individualized evaluation. Use your judgment and seek qualified support when a situation exceeds general guidance. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency or crisis services rather than relying on this site.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your login credentials.
- An account syncs saved content IDs, recent Talk IDs and dates, a default age band, and course access.
- Do not create an account for a child or use the service to store a child’s private information.
- We may restrict an account used for fraud, abuse, security interference, or a serious violation of these Terms.
5. Purchases, payment, and refunds
Creem processes purchases as merchant of record. The checkout shows the price, currency, taxes where applicable, payment terms, and any buyer terms that apply before you complete the purchase. You authorize Creem to process the payment information you provide.
Refund eligibility depends on the checkout terms, the circumstances of the request, and applicable consumer law. To request help with an accidental purchase, duplicate charge, access failure, or refund, email contact@bondseed.com with the account email and order identifier. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cooling-off, warranty, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. License and intellectual property
BondSeed grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and any purchased Course for your own non-commercial parenting education. BondSeed and its licensors retain rights in the site, course, prompts, Guides, design, branding, and original materials.
You may quote brief portions as allowed by law, but you may not republish, sell, share account access to, systematically copy, scrape, create a competing content library from, or distribute substantial parts of BondSeed without permission.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe rights, or misuse another person’s information.
- Do not attempt to bypass paid-content controls or authentication.
- Do not introduce malicious code, overload the service, probe security without authorization, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use automated extraction to reproduce BondSeed content or train a competing commercial content product.
8. No child-answer or community submission feature
BondSeed does not currently provide journals, comments, community posts, or a field for saving a child’s answer. If you contact us by email, send only what is necessary for the question and avoid a child’s sensitive personal details.
9. Third-party services and links
The service relies on providers for hosting, authentication, security, analytics when permitted, and payment. It also links to independent evidence and support resources. Third-party services have their own terms and policies, and BondSeed does not control independent sites. See the Privacy Policy for current data providers.
10. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue free features and may update Course presentation or examples. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve paid access and to communicate material changes that affect purchasers.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties that may legally be excluded. Parenting outcomes vary by child, family, culture, development, and circumstances; BondSeed does not guarantee a particular response or relationship result.
To the extent permitted by law, BondSeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
12. Termination
You may stop using BondSeed at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or material breach. Contact us if you want to request account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as intellectual property, payment records, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue as permitted by law.
13. Governing rules and changes to these Terms
Applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live, may govern your use and purchase. We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated when reasonably appropriate.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms, access, or purchases can be sent to contact@bondseed.com. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@bondseed.com.
These Terms are general service terms and do not provide legal advice.
