Who we are
BondSeed is a simple, warm web experience offering daily conversation prompts and gentle parenting insights. We focus on minimal data collection to operate and improve our services.

- Usage data: pages viewed, actions on the Site, approximate location (derived from IP), device/browser information, and referral URLs. Collected primarily via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

- Communications: feedback or inquiries you send to us.
- Payment information: When you purchase courses, payment details are processed by our payment provider Creem. We store only transaction records (order ID, amount, date) and do not store full payment card details.
- Ads data: we use Google AdSense to show contextual ads; third parties may place and read cookies or use web beacons to serve and measure ads.
Important for families: BondSeed is designed for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please avoid submitting any child’s personal data (full name, contact details, identifiers). If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
